This newly updated apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms have brand new Queen sized beds with spacious closets and ceiling fans.
The full bathroom is located in between the bedrooms and features a standing shower with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and makeup remover.
Kitchen + Living Space
This apartment has a bright, cheery kitchen stocked full of seasonings, utensils, dishes, cookware and olive oil. The kitchen has a full-sized stove, dishwasher, microwave & refrigerator as well as a coffee bar with a Keurig, sugar and creamer. The kitchen has plenty of storage space as well as a dining table with 4 seats.
The kitchen and living room are connected and the living area has a comfortable sofa with extra pillows and blankets. The large HD TV is Roku-enabled so you can stream your favorite movies and TV shows.
There is also a back door that leads to the shared patio space with seating so you can enjoy the outdoors.
This building has 3 short-term rental units with doors facing the street. The rest of the units are long-term tenants. Please be respectful to our tenants and mindful of noise levels.

It would be easiest to get around by car, but you can walk to different shops and restaurants from the apartment.
